Time to take and break. We may not be able to physically go to the beach, but we can change the image in our head and go on a visual journey and have some fun. Can even use these images in meditation and picture ourselves on one of the beaches.
Just imagine leaving your hotel and walking to the beach through this little opening and feeling the breeze on your face or on your back.
Don’t want to go to hawaii? Let’s find another beach. What about Aruba.
Pick anywhere you want to go. Get a picture and and put yourself there in your mind. Let your senses take over and imagine you feel the sand as you walk. You smell the air. You hear the laughter of others. You sit on the sand and feel it under you or view the magnificent ocean view.
Take a mental trip if you can’t get away right now. You deserve a break. Let your imagination go and have some fun for a moment or two or three. Take five, just do it and let the smile come to your face.
