Was nervous about going to bed last night. Anxiety took a back seat to being tired. No problem.
This am. is going well. Up around 4:30 and still feeling good.
Trying to get a jump on anxiety. Limited coffee intake and took anxiety medication at onset of nervousness.
Awesome day already. Not manic, not feeling depressed. Actally feeling pretty good. Like me.
Maybe the anti-depressant patch is finally starting to work.
Be careful though. You know how mixed episodes and rapid cycling works. But I will enjoy the moment.
Worked on 1 project before moving onto another. Great start.
Mind is not racing.
Able to stay focused.
I think that is my new word for good moments.
