Even is a person has a mood disorder other than manic-depression, we can learn from each other about what to try. There are lots of common threads that run in mental illnesses.
Depression for one, is a common thread. A lot of mental illness are tied to some type of depression. While there are different types of depression, they all have some of the same characteristics and must not go left untreated.
Panic and anxiety attacks can be crippling. It can lead to depression if not brought under control.
The Mood Disorder Support Group meetings will be held on Dec. 19th, Jan 9th, 16th and 30th from 11:30-1pm
We will have the meetings at the Southeast library branch, which is considered to be in Groveport. It is down the street from the Eastland Mall between Big Boy and Wendys’. All are welcome to attend.
