This is the year we start to kick bipolar in the butt by setting and reaching goals.
We will be more aware of our triggers and symptoms of relapse and get help right away so we don’t relapse or we don’t sink or are not over run by an episode of mania.
We can be in control and by being in control, we can reach our goals and our dreams.
Remember, we cannot control when the episodes happen, but we can control how long by having a plan of action as soon as we notice changes in our behavior or others notice changes in our behavior.
We then put our plan from our toolbox into action and avoid long episodes of mania or depression.
Write your goals. They are obtainable. This is a year of change.
